  • Open your Gmail account 
  • Go to hangouts Conversations at the bottom of the page.

  • Type the conversation name into the search bar. 
  • Click the contact of the person you’re looking for. 
  • A new conversation window will appear on your screen. 
  • Click the call icon at the top of the conversation window, just below the person’s name.

Click “allow,” then “save changes” after scrolling down.
